NoctoPark does not install. That is deliberate — sites are won and kept by people who can be there the same day. The split below is the same on every project, so you always know which part is yours.

Work that recurs
A parking site is not a one-time install. Lanes get added, tariffs change, a barrier gets hit by a truck. The partner who commissioned the site is the one who services it.
Training and certification
Hands-on training on cameras, gates, stations and Core, ending in a certification that lets you commission on your own.
Technical backup
You are never alone on a lane. Our team is reachable during commissioning and takes escalations from you afterwards, with the site's own data in front of them.
Hardware through Noctoptics
NoctoPark is a Noctoptics product, so partner accounts buy through the same distributor that already supplies cameras, NVRs and access control.
Design support on your bids
Send us a site plan and we will come back with a lane layout and camera positions you can quote from — before you have won anything.

White-labelling is available to certified partners: the system goes out under your name, with our platform behind it.

We design it, you install it, and we are with you through commissioning. You finish it knowing exactly how the next one goes.

You commission on your own, you are listed as the partner for your region, and you are who we send work to when it lands there.

Frequently asked
Do I need parking experience?
No. Most partners come from security or access control. If you can mount a camera, pull cable to a lane and terminate it properly, the parking-specific part is what the training covers.
Who owns the customer?
You hold the relationship on the ground — you installed it, you service it. We hold the platform relationship and support it. Neither of us goes around the other.
What happens when something breaks at 7 AM?
The site calls you, because you are the one who can be there. If it is the platform rather than the hardware, it escalates to us and we work it with you, with the site's own data in front of us.
Can I sell it under my own brand?
Yes. White-labelling is available to certified partners — the system goes out under your brand, with our platform behind it. Regional exclusivity may also be available depending on the territory and what you can cover; ask early, because it is easier to agree before a region has more than one partner in it.
Do you compete with your partners?
NoctoPark does not install. If we are talking to an operator in your region, you are who we bring in.
